Our staff will attend NPL games in and around the Sydney area (for now) to assess players and to see what the calibre is like. Teams that we work with typically ask us to find a particular position - so we look around and see if players fit the mould. You never know who is watching.

Regular Talent Identification events take place where representatives from the clubs we work with are in attendance to assess the players. To date, we have had success for over 19 players who are now playing professionally or semi-professional. Keep an eye out for details.

If you believe you have what it takes, then you can request us to come and watch your game. We will watch a minimum of 3 games for each player to make sure we get a fully rounded view of you as a player. If we like what we see, we will invite you for a trial training session.
